The Disney Look
The Disney Look started with Walt Disney’s idea that everyone should play an important role in bringing guests into a fantasy world and that the cast would be a large part of the show rather than distracting from or becoming the show.
At Disney Cruise Line, we have become famous for this friendly, classic appearance of our crew members, and therefore, you will be expected to model the Disney Look standards.
Any time crew members are in a public area onboard the ship or island, they are considered to be “on stage.” A crew member’s appearance, attitude and performance are direct reflections of the quality of the Disney Show and our guests’ experience.
These guidelines give you the winning stage presence you need to be a successful crew member. Below are female and male guideline highlights from our Disney Cruise Line Look Book, which is given to every new crew member when they join our Disney Cruise Line family.
