Crew Activities

Although we do everything to ensure a memorable experience for our guests, we like to make sure our crew members have a good time as well.  We offer our crew many different events and activities onboard our ships and our private island Castaway Cay.

Because free time is precious for any crew member, we have a position onboard that is dedicated to making a difference for our crew.  The Crew Activities Manager is a part of the Entertainment team and is responsible for leading the Crew Activities or Crew Entertainment Team in the organization and facilitation of all crew activities.  They serve as the primary point of contact for all onboard activities and the crew recreational facilities.

Activities for crew members can include:

• Themed parties celebrating various worldwide or country specific holidays or just because
• Movie night showcasing favorite classics or first-run premiere Disney films
• Semi-formal events utilizing guest areas
• Wine and cheese get together or specialty martini night
• Relaxing or high energy events in a crew only bar Private barbeques, beach volleyball and soccer at our private island Castaway Cay
• World Cup soccer events
• Annual Crew Olympics, talent shows and Crew award ceremonies
  Game night
• Themed dinners
• Quarterly Disney specialty merchandise sales
• Late-night fitness classes including yoga, tae-bo and spinning
• Indoor and outdoor crew sporting events
• Crew DVD movie rentals
• Port Adventure opportunities
• Special crew television channel offerings
• Disney VoluntEAR (community outreach) events
