Developing friendships onboard is more than anything our Crew Members have ever imagined about coworker relationships. Every single Crew Member, representing more than 50 countries, brings a different personality, background, and culture. Cross-continent friendships are made every minute and they last for years to come.
Our Crew Members share the same cabins, gym, dining room, even recreation area and Crew bar. They work and play in the same environment and with the same people, which can be difficult to adjust to at first. At times it can feel like there is no separation from work. But since our Crew share common spaces, work stories and experiences, it soon begins to feel like one big family. Our Crew is committed to the success of the Disney brand, and each other, and they look to one another for support. Staying open minded, flexible and receptive to different cultures, religions and lifestyles helps create a positive and fun working/living environment.
