<p>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum      two years recent experience in retail, sales or guest/customer      service field. Recent experience with hair or makeup application or related experience. Ability to portray a character and follow a story line. Ability to lift 40 pounds. Be at least 21 years of age. Be able to speak, read and write fluent English. Willingness to live and work onboard one of our vessels for a certain length of time (based on position). Be able to work a seven-day, 70-84 hour week with limited time off. Be able to adhere to <em>Disney Cruise Line</em> appearance guidelines. Agree to share a cabin with other crew members. Enjoy working in a high-volume, fast-paced, guest-service oriented environment. Be flexible with your work schedule, job duties and work locations. Appreciate diversity among guests and crew. Cosmetology and/or theatrical make-up application experience a plus.</p>

Serves as point of contact for online training sessions for leaders in addition to tracking and crediting completed facilitated training sessions.  Conducts needs assessments to determine key opportunities in learning and development, communication, organizational effectiveness, etc.  Monitors quality of shipboard training and its documentation in company records through file audits.  Provides ship input on the development of HR strategies.  Champions Career Navigation Process and Succession Planning in partnership with Training Officer.  Maintains exit interview process for leaders.  Partners with Training Officer to maintain the onboard Crew resource library.  Partners with Training Officer to gain feedback from new hires regarding first 30-days onboard, recruitment and training experience.  Champions 10-year service celebration. The Assistant Human Resources Manager is considered an Officer onboard and reports to the Manager, HR (shipboard). </p>
<p>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years experience working within a HR operation; depth of experience in at least one HR functional area: Compliance, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, HR Services, and/or Workforce Planning and Administration (compensation and benefits). Minimum of 1 year in a leadership and/or Operations role. Working knowledge and proven work experience within employee relations, understanding ER concepts and practices required. Previous experience within the cruise industry, hospitality industry and/or Disney experience in an HR capacity required.  Advanced education degree in HR or similar field preferred.</p>

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment, handling multiple requests/projects simultaneously on the Pool Deck. Ability to take action and follow through. Previous cleaning experience of some level. Be able to work with and use various chemicals and cleaners. Experience working in a high guest-service focused company. Relates well to guests of all ages. Excellent verbal communication skills. Confidence to deal with difficult guests. Displays effective teamwork and exhibits sound judgment at all times. Physically fit, with endurance to lift 50 lbs and run up and down stairs multiple times during the day.</p>

Accountable for overall Youth Activities budget.  Oversee compliance of all youth areas to Untied States Public Health and Disney standards, ensuring crew are trained and policies and procedures are managed on a daily basis.  Work with ship/shore counterparts to identify and help develop/implement new programs and refresh existing programs.  Represent Youth Activities in all onboard discussions regarding policies and procedures.  Serve as onboard Youth Activities spokesperson for media interviews.  Partner with Cruise Director and onboard leaders to optimize guest flow.  Communicate with Cruise Director and shore side Entertainment leadership regarding consistency of operation between ships, show quality, crew scheduling, team performance, etc.  See that personnel files, record cards and/or performance reviews are appropriately maintained and conducted.  Maintain onboard succession plan, identifying future growth potential within the Youth Activities team.  See that labor scheduling is efficient and effective.  Communicate with shore side HR team in regards to future staffing needs.  Provide leadership, feedback, coaching and development, communication, and recognition for the entire Youth Activities team (ranging in size of 55-80 depending upon ship) and all direct reports; direct reports include two Youth Activities Managers.  This position reports to the Cruise Director and has high guest interaction.</p>
<p><strong>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE</strong>: Minimum five years experience in a high volume child care operation in a recreational or leisure setting. <em><strong>Minimum </strong></em>four years of current or previous management experience in a related field. Proven experience leading and motivating a large team including management of other leaders.  Proven experience managing complex policies and detailed operational procedures.  College degree or related schooling associated with recreation, education, entertainment or related field of study strongly preferred.  Demonstrated experience organizing and prioritizing team goals and a proven ability to manage a budget.</p>

<p>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years recent experience working in a high volume, fast paced recreational/camp environment with children. Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills. Must be able to command the attention of large groups of children. Schooling in recreation, education, or related field of study is preferred.</p>

Lead team of Stateroom Hosts, House Persons, and Custodians. Ensure reporting of all maintenance issues and inspect completion in a timely manner. Conduct daily inspection of designated areas. Ensure all housekeeping areas meet USPH and Coast Guard regulations. Oversee use and operation of housekeeping equipment and chemicals. Supervise team on baggage delivery and collection. Facilitate department meetings. Provide leadership for all direct reports.</p>
<p>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years Housekeeping management experience on ships or 200+ room hotels. Hospitality or Business Management Degree or industry related experience. Computer skills necessary.</p>

Coordinate all food offerings to include group offerings and special requests.  Create new flavor experiences by being innovative with food combinations, textures and flavors.  Ensure <em>Disney Cruise Line</em> and USPH Sanitation requirements are met in his/her area of responsibility. Responsible for meeting food cost budgets and targets as set by the Food Manager onboard.</p>
<p>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum four years experience within high volume food operation. Proven technical and functional understanding of the ship-based food operation. Certified working Chef or equivalent degree in Culinary Arts.  Ability to calculate and control cost potentials/projections and understands the impact on budget.  Must have the ability to propose, write and implement menus of high quality based on theme and seasonal availability.</p>
