“Coming from another cruise line, I can tell that Disney truly leads the industry in treating each Crew Member as an individual.”
Although most Crew Members will be working a minimum of 70 hours per week in a fast-paced environment, the opportunities for professional and personal growth are endless. Working on our ships is an experience like no other, and our shipboard culture is truly unique.
We rely on feedback from Guests and Crew Members to not only make our product better and more efficient, but to reward those who are doing their best. There is a very strong support system onboard and all Crew concerns and suggestions are taken seriously. Every 30 days a survey goes out to new Crew Members, the feedback is read, and any problems are addressed immediately. We value the input and do our best to make everyone’s DCL experience more enjoyable. After all, our Crew Members are part of a world-class team who provide world-class vacation experiences to our Guests everyday.
Our Crew Members not only gain an education in hospitality from an internationally admired company, but will have the opportunity to travel to new places, learn from new professionals from around the world and gain new skills. There’s no other job quite like it.
