It’s a way of life. You know it when you see it. It’s the warm smile and friendly hello that greets Guests and fellow Crew Members, alike. It’s the volunteering spirit that doesn’t need to be asked to lend a hand because it is already there, ready to help. It’s seeing your life as far from ordinary, even when doing ordinary things. “Being DCL” requires a certain confidence in yourself, in our product–the ultimate Guest experience–as well as the ability to instill that feeling in others. Simply put, being DCL is about being a part of something that is altogether unique and outstanding.
