Disney Cruise Line works with Professional Crew Advisors to help recruit crew members from around the world, but does not allow these companies to collect administrative fees, agency fees, or processing fees from candidates applying for a position, or in order to obtain an interview, position or ship assignment aboard a Disney Cruise Line ship.

There are two ways to apply:

1) You may view current featured opportunities within our fleet (red button to the right) and apply directly through the instructions provided. Disney Cruise Line only accepts resumes for the positions noted in this list and any other correspondence will not be saved for positions that are not available.

2) You may contact a Professional Crew Advisor in your area to express interest in being considered for future positions. As openings are based upon operational need, our Professional Crew Advisors will advise you if Disney Cruise Line will be recruiting in your area in the future. Recruitment activity around the world may not be immediate so you are encouraged to check-in with our Professional Crew Advisors throughout the year to express your interest in future opportunities.

-Fluent in English
-At least 21 years of age
-Have at least 2 years of recent and related experience
